Engineering-led project management means the person managing the project understands the engineering — not just the schedule and the budget. It means they can read a deliverable and know whether it's right, engage a contractor on a technical issue and hold their own, and make calls when the project hits a problem without waiting for an engineer to be consulted. Our project engineering capability covers the full lifecycle from concept through commissioning.
